How much weight will I lose? How fast?

This is a tricky question because it varies so much! Some people may lose weight very quickly at the beginning while others may not feel any effects at all for a few weeks. Remember, healthy weight loss is 0.5-2 pounds per week, almost all of our patients are able to meet that goal and some may lose it faster.

What are the side effects?

Accepted Answer

The most common side effects we see are constipation, diarrhea, nausea and indigestion. Ondansetron for nausea is included in your membership fee. The best way to prevent constipation is by drinking at least 64 ounces of water a day and taking Miralax if you need it.

Do I need to bring back the keychain you gave me?

Accepted Answer

Nope! If you choose not to continue with that same intervention the next week, just tuck your keychain away somewhere safe. There may be a week in the future where you choose to pull it out and try it again.

Our programs range from $299-479 per month. That includes all prescription medications.

What if you see me in public?

Boerne is a small town, occasionally you might run into your Crafted nurse somewhere outside of the clinic. While we are always happy to say hi, your health's privacy is our top concern. To preserve that privacy, our nurses will not make initial first contact in the real world. However, we love interacting with out in the community! If you see us in public, feel free to initiate contact. As long as you come up to one of us, we would love to say "hi"!

What about my clothes?

A frequent issue with our clients while dropping weight is they feel like none of their clothes fit, but they don't want to buy new clothes while they are still losing. Bring us any used but great condition clothes you have grown out of, and we'll gift it to someone who could use it.
